J6 should have been the point of no return for Trump. Still blows my mind people voted for him after that. He immediately pardoned the violent scumbags who beat up cops and smeared shit on the Capitol walls.

Trump is trying to MAGAize government at every level. Watch him try to run for a 3rd term or suspend elections.

Please please please let this be a real mock from South Korea's president:

"...you pointy-headed autopsy nerd. Do you think it's possible for you to post without using words like "hilarious," "absurd," "canard," and "truther"? Your bare assertions do not make it so. Maybe your reasoning is too stunted and your vocabulary is too limited to go without these epithets."

I doubt very much he'll run again. I also doubt very much that he'll disappear from the national scene (actually, I'm certain he won't). What I fear is that the GOP nominee (Vance, Rubio, or other MAGAish candidate) will be the equivalent of Putin's Medvedev, following orders from a power-sick autocrat who refuses to let go.

I stand by my assertion that although Trump is the greatest threat to the future of the US as a functioning democracy, RFK Jr. is the greatest threat to the immediate health of hundreds of millions of people:

US health secretary and vaccine sceptic Robert F. Kennedy Jr has called for the retraction of a Danish study that found no link between aluminium in vaccines and chronic diseases in children — a rare move for a US public official. Aluminium has been used for almost a century to enhance the immune system’s response to some vaccines. But some people claim the ingredient is linked to rising rates of childhood disorders such as autism.

Public-health officials in Kennedy’s position rarely request that studies be retracted, says Ivan Oransky, a specialist in academic publishing and co-founder of the media organization Retraction Watch. Through this request, “Secretary Kennedy has demonstrated that he wants the scientific literature to bend to his will”, says Oransky.

The more I think of it, he is Trump Jr. with his dangerous ignorance. He just wields it in the scientific arena, where Trump wields it globally.

He may not need to “run again”. He may try to find a way to declare a national emergency and suspend the elections. He was very interested to hear that was what happened in Ukraine.

The televised press conferences are hilarious for the round-the-table slavish praise everyone is required to bathe Trump with. But this, this is one for the ages:

I'll throw him a bone and say he's better than Kissinger. But better than MLK Jr.? Mandela? Walesa? Come the eff on.

May history remember just how far people like Witkoff are willing to go to massage Trump's ego. And should he try to run in 2028, let history also remember that Rubio clapped along with all of them.

Sigh, we are going to be getting an announcement in September that vaccines cause autism. RFK Jr saying they are on track for knowing the cause of autism in September. Make Polio Great Again!

What a nutcase RFK is. Let's not listen to neuropsychologists, and behavioralists.

At the root of this autism skepticism shit is a discredited study.
