This is fascism - disappearing citizens who disagree with you to foreign prisons. I can't believe so many give Trump a pass for being so openly hostile to the Bill of Rights.

Yeah, this is pretty ghastly stuff. There is still such energy around calling Trump a fascist but he keeps acting like one more and more each day.

He is intentionally testing our checks and balances and straining them.

Trump said he hopes those charged — which includes three people who are accused of setting or trying to set fire to cars or charging stations — will get 20 years of prison time.

“Perhaps they could serve them in the prisons of El Salvador, which have become so recently famous for such lovely conditions!” Trump wrote on Truth Social on Friday.

This is absolutely wild. How are classified attack plans discussed between the VP, CIA, NSA, SecDef, SecState, DNI, Treasury, WH Chief of Staff, and Stephen Miller? Why, over disappearing-text Signal group chat with a journalist added in, of course!

            Unbelieveab . . . . scratch that. Totally believable.

The Trump Administration Accidentally Texted Me Its War Plans

The world found out shortly before 2 p.m. eastern time on March 15 that the United States was bombing Houthi targets across Yemen.

I, however, knew two hours before the first bombs exploded that the attack might be coming. The reason I knew this is that Pete Hegseth, the secretary of defense, had texted me the war plan at 11:44 a.m. The plan included precise information about weapons packages, targets, and timing.
            Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

But don't tell the President that we compromised national security!

"Trump on his cabinet members using Signal to text war plans to a reporter: "I don't know anything about it. I'm not a big fan of The Atlantic. To be it's a magazine that's going out of business. But I know nothing about it. You're saying that they had what?""

I was listening to a portion of Trump's press conference today when he was asked about the security leak story. Although he was clearly ignorant of the problem, he began his response by noting the The Atlantic is failing and going out of business, his standard go-to whenever any media platform that doesn't adore him is mentioned.

It’s got to be embarrassing for Trump to have to pardon his SecDef while still serving.
