So it's pretty obvious that this was a terrorist attack now. Remains to be seen if the shooters are connected to any other groups or acted alone.

There are some similarities to the Ft. Hood shooting. It may not be directly tied to a terrorist group, but radical Islam sent them over the edge.

The husband recently traveled to Saudi Arabia, came back with a wife. Yet they have a six month old child. There are some details that haven't come out or some that have been release are wrong.

Obama's most recent statement that these shootings happen in the US occurred this week. He said this while in Paris.

He's made some really dumb remarks these past couple months. The worst of which is that ISIS had been contained, which he said pretty much the day before the Paris shootings.

The couple then escaped in a dark-colored SUV.

The police response: Authorities -- acting on a lead about where Farook lived -- went to a home in Redlands, about 10 miles from San Bernardino, to serve a search warrant.

While they were there, a black SUV with Utah plates passed by slowly, then sped up and raced off, a law enforcement official close to the investigation said.

A police cruiser pursued it.

The shootout: A shootout ensued, with Farook firing at officers from the vehicle while Malik drove, officials said.

San Bernardino shooter Syed Rizwan Farook was in touch over the phone and via social media with more than one international terrorism subject who the FBI were already investigating, law enforcement officials said.

That's what Sheriff Joe Arpaio is urging nearly a quarter-million Arizona gun owners to do to fight terrorism and mass shooters.

On Tuesday, the so-called "Toughest Sheriff in America" said he cannot guarantee the public's safety and called on them to take matters into their own hands if necessary.

"I'm just talking about the areas where you have large crowds and someone pulls out the gun and starts shooting. Maybe somebody with a concealed weapon takes the guy down," Arpaio said.

Specifically, Arpaio was looking to the 250,000 Arizonans who carry concealed weapons permits to help keep the peace.
