I wouldn't characterize her as a typical 90s lib. She appears on Steve Bannon's podcasts, lies about Covid vaccines, ebola, and spouts other insane conspiracy theories. She's less of a former feminist, and more of a crazy person whose conspiracy theories used to be more based on male conspiracies to keep women down. The Atlantic had a whole article on how Naomi Klein and Naomi Wolf were very different people.

I see why you're confused. Naomi Judd (RIP) is the daughter of Ruth and mother of Wynnona. Easy mistake.

Naomi Wolf caught some conspiranoia during COVID and I think she has been on Alex Jones too.

It's re-entry day! The most challenging part of the mission is today, but the NASA scientists and engineers have proven themselves to be among the most competent public employees in the history of the world. The bravery and goodness of the astronauts is legendary. I'm so grateful to have witnessed such an inspiring and uplifting achievement.

Artemis II is returning today. Reentry is what my dad would have been most nervous about. Artemis I had some unexpected damage to the heat shield (minor according to NASA or major, according to some experts). We've been praying for the safety of the crew.

I was too young to remember anything about the Apollo missions, so this has been fun and inspiring to follow. True pioneers and heroes.

As a kid, I watched pretty much every Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo mission and was transfixed by the liftoffs and re-entries. The incredible amount of heat generated and the fragile quality of the shields are deeply worrisome--witness the more recent Columbia disaster. Hoping/praying//expecting a much better outcome today..

I was a wreck last night watching some videos. The Artemis II crew took some personal memorabilia from the Columbia and Challenger crews to space so they would also have the experience of achieving their goals. It really got me in the feels.
