                I wonder if this report is true. Mike Lee has supposedly voted with the Trump administration less than any Senator except, I believe, Susan Collins. I also wonder if Trump's attention to Mike Lee will shift to his brother who actually has experience as a judge at the appellate level.
                Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

                  The thought of Mike Lee as a Supreme Court justice is terrifying. If Trump wants a Lee, I sure hope he turns his attention to Justice Lee.

                        Trump could do much worse than picking Justice Lee. If he picked Justice Lee, I would be relieved as I'm expecting someone much much worse. I wouldn't go so far as to say that I would be happy with it.

                          The weirdest thing about that article is Trump supposedly being worried about losing that seat to the democrats should he nominate him. He clearly knows very little about Utah.

                            Tom is a stud. I had him for IP law @ the Y and if nominated he will surely be the only Justice to have dressed up as Napoleon Dynamite on Halloween and done the Napoleon Dynamite dance on top of a desk.
