Yep. There's no legitimate reason for her to recuse. A lot of pressure was put on her by Dems during the hearings though to recuse. She might give in to it. I don't think she will, but wouldn't be surprised if she did.

Besides the fact that PA is going to end up being moot, there isn't going to be anything to decide. Trump is really good at setting up the distraction or disruption but never has substance to back anything up. He's probably not smart enough to figure that part out. I don't care who appointed those justices. They're not going to attach their legacy to Trump's baseless shenanigans. Trump set up the PA circus by working with their legislature to make sure it wasn't legal there to count mail-in ballots until the very end thinking he could run up a lead and then complain when everyone sees it going away. It's disgusting to me that because he knew he'd probably lose the state he thought he could or should manipulate the process and "his" justices would hand it to him.

I couldn't for the life of me figure out wtf Rudy Giuliani and Eric Trump were talking about in Philadelphia about election fraud going on. Were they complaining about the votes being counted? Surely that couldn't be the long and short of their poorly feigned outrage...

I agree with him on Covid and mandates that don’t allow someone’s inequitable right to practice their religion or to assemble. I’m surprised more people aren’t upset at the government taking away their right to assemble. Even this week the mayor in Chicago seems to be prohibiting people from having small private gatherings, which is baffling given our explicitly stated rights in the first amendment.

It’s not just churches but other forms of assembly are being prohibited. That’s a huge infringement in natural rights, IMO, and shouldn’t be taken lightly.
