The best thing Trump did for the economy was to not screw it up. Before Covid, the economy was in great shape. He wasn't printing money like Biden until the pandemic hit and the PPP program and other stimulus were all bipartisan in a way we hadn't seen in a long time. They were deemed necessary at the time so any equivalence being made between PPP and the Biden stimulus is futile.
