Yeah, I got a chuckle from that one. But 95% of the BB stuff is not funny.

There was a day last week where I came across 2 or 3 BB tweets that were legit funny, and I meant to give credit here. But then I forgot. Anyways, I'm in the ~90% unfunny range.

It’s safe to say the BB is more funny than SNL

Any skit after their first half hour, minus most of the weekend updates, and you're probably right.

I generally enjoy Weekend Update - especially Michael Che.

The inflation tax takes its biggest jump since 2008...

US inflation sees biggest jump since 2008

Consumer prices jumped 4.2% in the 12 months through to April, up from 2.6% in March and marking the biggest increase since September 2008.
The report from the US Labor Department comes amid fears that rising consumer prices could push up interest rates.
Some analysts said that the figures could be rising because of temporary factors like supply bottlenecks.
Inflation, which measures the rate at which the prices for goods and services increase, was pushed up by higher prices for cars and food in April.

Thankfully everyone was given $1400 so they can now buy the same amount of stuff they could buy before getting $1400.

with inflationary pressures coming in, the only thing that makes sense for Biden to do is to remove all of Trump's tariffs. The main point of a tariff is to push up prices. If inflation is becoming a worry then you have to remove a significant mechanism that is artificially adding to it.

This probably won't happen because Biden isn't too far off from Trump's America First viewpoint. It's couched in less nationalistic language, but it's pretty close to the same view.

Yep. Trump took the Dems protectionism and put it on steroids. Also, there are other things that can be done apart from removing the tariffs
