SC is a nice place. I'd have no problem living there.

Is this referring to international migration or net population growth by state?

Interesting data on where people are moving and where people are leaving.. I would’ve figured California to be higher then it is..

Proof is in the policies of these states.. Massive taxes burden on families to the point people opt to leave for better opportunities reduced tax burdens. Another example of how liberal policies and inability to govern without caring for the middle class.

I would also say, remote work has allowed individuals to move more freely.

I am totally shocked SC is the top state with the influx of Americans. What’s happening there!!?!??

Zuck's new house in Miami. One of the largest purchases in Miami on record. The former owners made out like bandits.. Bought originally for 30-million and did not finish construction of the home but has now sold it for 170-milion.

Mark Zuckerberg’s $170 Million Mansion Buy Breaks Miami Price Records

The Meta CEO’s under-construction Indian Creek home is one of the priciest ever to close in the United States

Beyond the post-Covid boom, Miami’s luxury market has escalated even more sharply in recent months as a result of California’s proposed billionaire tax, local agents said. The measure would impose a one-time 5% wealth tax on residents with a net worth above $1 billion, and has rattled some of California’s wealthiest residents. Zuckerberg has homes around the country, including in Palo Alto, Calif., on Lake Tahoe, and in Hawaii.

California’s tech set has rushed to buy Miami homes since the proposal was announced, agents said.

Zuckerberg and Chan were represented by Brett Harris of Bespoke Real Estate, who declined to comment.

The top two of any party advance to a runoff. You'll see democrats coalesce and drop out so one of them turns into a front runner
