Jason Chaffetz just can't make up his mind...
http://fox13now.com/2016/10/26/after...-donald-trump/After withdrawing endorsement, Rep. Jason Chaffetz says he’s voting for Donald Trump
Less than a month after he withdrew his endorsement of Donald Trump, Utah Congressman Jason Chaffetz stated Wednesday he will be voting for the Republican nominee because Hillary Clinton, “is that bad.”

I'm considering the possibility that Evan McMullin is toxic for the Church. Here are a few Devil's Advocate-style questions:
How insulated are LDS conservatives when they have to run one of their own?
How much more can the LDS alienate Democrats in their ranks? I mean, seriously, what more could leadership do to show it's bias than to not declare Trump and what he stands for a "moral" issue?
How God-awful will the Church be with an unofficially-official political movement/party?
Is it the return of Deseret?
What will happen when the big money lines up elsewhere? We all trust our own unorthodoxies.

As the wikileaks turns... a new batch of emails this morning.
John Podesta on Hillary's private email server:
https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/33895Do we actually know who told Hillary she could use a private email? And has that person been drawn and quartered? Like whole thing is f[*]cking insane.
I think Hillary said she could use a private email server."If there is one thing I am, it's always right." -Ted Nugent.

If Hillary can get elected and the dems get control of Congress, maybe only need the Senate, I think the government will be able to straighten out the church and change all their backward views. A few executive orders backed up by the courts and we will have women with the Priesthood and gays marrying in the Temple and the honor code at BYU done away with.Originally posted by Sleeping in EQ View PostI'm considering the possibility that Evan McMullin is toxic for the Church. It is either that or the church will lose their tax exempt status and no government funding will come to Utah.
We can only hope enough of us progressive mormons realize this and vote for Hillary and the democrats running for congress in the state.

We need to break apart the Democratic Party as well. Jill Stein should be promoted more. Sane liberal Democrats should vote for Jill Stein. We need four parties, not two. The Democratic Party is becoming the People's Communist Party of the US. At least Stein and company are consistent.Originally posted by Uncle Ted View PostJason Chaffetz just can't make up his mind...

The democratic party has consolidated already. They have nominated a real terrible candidate and yet you hear very little angst over it within the party or their allies the MSM.Originally posted by Topper View PostWe need to break apart the Democratic Party as well. At least a good number of Republicans are really upset over the real terrible candidate their party nominated.

Yeah, I would be happy if we had three parties. The political tide can change quickly, however. Look, for example, what is happening in Iceland. The Pirates are taking over... in just four short years:Originally posted by Topper View PostWe need to break apart the Democratic Party as well. Jill Stein should be promoted more. Iceland’s Radical Pirate Party Is In The Lead Days Before The Election
A radical pirate party whose leader is a former WikiLeaks spokesperson and self-described “poetician” has a slight lead in the latest poll in Iceland, just days before national elections Saturday.
The once-fringe political party surged in support this year as scandal plagued the ruling government, and the Pirates could now receive the largest share of the vote.
If elected, the Pirates pledge to drastically overhaul Iceland’s government and change the constitution to a crowdsourced document. It’s an unconventional platform that is resonating with the large percentage of Iceland’s population that’s disillusioned with the nation’s political establishment.
