Yeah, it sure is lovely to choose between the potential blackmail victim and the guy the blackmailers want in power. Great time to be alive. Hey, but at least we can vote for Stein and her nutty healing crystals/anti-vaxxer bs or Johnson his right-wing anarchist dribble. No doubt, either of them are higher character people but they represent fringe parties because their ideas are absurd.Originally posted by YOhio View PostAssange and Snowden are bastards working for evil bastards. Sucks that the NSA, Clinton, and the Dems gave them so much to work with. Sucks that our Secretary of State was so afraid of the American public that she ignored the Federal Records Act, only to give the Chinese and Russians carte blanche to watch American foreign policy unfold in real time. But at least we can be shocked and appalled when they someday use it against us. We'll have the moral high ground then.

Yeah, that made me laugh. How careless of them. Everyone knows that if you are going to commit fraud or corruption you don't leave a paper trail.Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

Have you never heard HRC speak? All she does is scream and screech. It's awful. She also does it in debates.Originally posted by wuapinmon View PostWHY ARE THEY ALL SCREAMING?"Discipleship is not a spectator sport. I really like Cory Booker. He's a traditional liberal, maybe a bit more moderate than Obama, but he seems like a genuinely happy guy. He's also BFF with one of President Benson's grandkids.

I always get a kick out of celebrities that act like they are the smartest people in the room. Most of them live in a black and white world due to their wealth. I don't think Franken is that way, but Silverman surely is.Originally posted by YOhio View PostSarah Silverman and Al Franken with a crazy bad showing. Too bad about Sarah Silverman. They put her in a prime slot because of her appeal to centrist men.Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

Bernie Sanders’ Long History With Alternative Medicine
[...]
After moving to Vermont in the late 1960s to work as a carpenter and a young activist, Sanders wrote freelance articles that claimed cancer was a physical expression of mental distress. “When the human spirit is broken, when the life force is squashed, cancer becomes a possibility,” the 28-year-old Sanders wrote in the Vermont Freeman, an alternative newspaper, in December 1969.
Sanders believed that cultural forces were driving Americans to illness and that sexual repression caused cancer. “The manner in which you bring up your daughter with regard to sexual attitudes may very well determine whether or not she will develope (sic) breast cancer, among other things,” Sanders wrote.

"I honestly believe saying someone is a smart lawyer is damning with faint praise. The smartest people become engineers and scientists." -SU.
"Yet I still see wisdom in that which Uncle Ted posts." -creek.
