For about five years he was a whipping boy of the media and Dems. They mocked him for being old-fashioned, polite, and odd. They never recognized the goodness of the man while he was governing and running. Idiots in the GOP noted this. They knew that the nominee would be hated and mocked, regardless of the quality of the candidate. This double standard provided the perfect cover for Trump and the know-nothings loved that he truly didn't care.
Parties are always going to attack their opponents. Make sure you assign blame correctly. The GOP have been fueled by angry talk radio and tea party momentum and that brought us Trump.

that's because the conservatives are embarrassed and horrified and the liberals want to see the freak show.

interesting what they were saying about that Thiel guy on MSNBC. Apparently he's written about how he doesn't like democratic government. I wish he would have talked a little more about that. And by democratic government I don't mean when the democrats win an election. He means he'd rather have a government that isn't elected, period. When people with views like that are now welcome to speak at the GOP convention you know the world has gone absolutely crazy.

Democratic voters are without integrity. They will talk big talk, but if Vladimir Putin ran with blood on his hands, they would vote for him. The reason is simple, they want control at all costs. In this way, Democratic voters are no different than the autocrats of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

At least some GOP voters show integrity by standing up and saying no. But do you hear any opposing Trump's equal? Of course not. Shame on those voting Democratic.

Upon rejecting the Beatles, Dick Rowe told Brian Epstein of the January 1, 1962 audition for Decca, which signed Brian Poole and the Tremeloes instead.

I was wondering if someone would go for that. I hoped they would, but I'm glad it was you. No, I haven't voted yet. The beautiful thing about this year is that "Bitch" could be either one of them.

I don't know, the way the air was blowing her bangs around reminded me that she was beautiful, so it's ok, right?
