I would probably rank from worst to least worst:

      Trump
      Bernie
      Cruz
      Clinton

But they are all really right about 0 on my scale
I have been avoiding this analysis becasue I relaly do find it depressing thatthese are the four faovirtes at this point. But, if push comes to shove, I guess I would put them, from worst to least worst, liek this:

      Sanders
      Trump
      Clinton
      Cruz

I think all of these people would be a disaster for foreign policy, albeit for different reasons.

I think that right now, in this stage of the economic cycle, electing "we can spend trillions for that" Sanders would be a disaster for us and the world.

Trump should be better for the economy but I fear he actually might do some of the asinine things he threatens to do and, if he does, it would be horrific. Moreover, if you think Obama has expanded the Imperial Presidency, can you imagine what Trump would do with the power of executive action in his pen? ::Shiver::

Clinton I can not stand. Not at all. Not a B I T. A liar and incompetent administrator who's only goal for her first term would be to obtain a second term, with all the politicking and opponent bashing that would go with that. No thanks.

Cruz is, as I have said elsewhere, a likely sociopath, and his foreign policy might push us towards a serious war, although it might not, as I think he is smart, even if he is frightening. But, like I said, he would at least have some respect for the need to stay out of the economy's way.

I cannot believe that come November 2016 I am going to have to hold my nose and vote for one of these people to sit in the office of Washington, Jefferson and Lincoln. It disgusts me.

EDIT: I take it all back. I have no idea who is the worst.

      • Ted Cruz's Path From D.C. Insider to Outsider

And Cruz has maintained some of his earliest professional relationships. Cooper, a partner from his first law firm, has helped raise money for Cruz’s presidential bid, hosting a fundraiser at his Washington, D.C., home last year. But many other early relationships have soured. Former President George W. Bush reportedly said of Cruz at a private audience with donors last year: “I just don’t like the guy.”

Privately, Karl Rove has conveyed similar feelings. Broadly, there is a sense among some Republicans who knew Cruz in his early career that his outsider narrative is disingenuous. But Cruz, the champion debater, has never felt an emotional tie to his arguments. And Cruz the performer understands the mood of his audience.

        • I agree with Creekster's analysis. I think Cruz is the least worst and I would hold my nose and vote for him; however, I could not vote for any of the others and would rather throw my vote away on whatever nutjob is running as a Libertarian.

Same except I would swap Hillary and Trump. At least I have some confidence that Trump would be competent in those moments when his interests align with the interests of America. I don't feel the same about Hillary.

I believe I'm on record as preferring Kasich, but I've been disappointed that he hasn't seemed to catch on. Here's hoping.

I think he was listing actual options. The Libertarian Candidate would be a better choice than Trump for sure.
