It annoyed the hell out of me, but I'm super uptight about that stuff and I loathe her. To put it in perspective, if her and Dr. Chris Hill got into a fight I'd want him to win.

I caught a few minutes of Rush Limbaugh on the radio the other day dissecting why the Snapchat quip wasn't genuine. He listed all the reasons why she wouldn't really be using Snapchat. It was hilarious. The guy is clueless.

Probably, but it could be her "binders full of women" moment. She seems totally out of touch on technology and with Millennials. She's not Obama but seems to be trying to run a campaign like Obama. It's fun to see people mock her attempts at trying to be hip.
"Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

Good point. His listeners are clueless.

One analysis of her seems appropriate. The writer noted that Hillary lacks good political instincts. She operates more at the corporate level, with lots of advisers and consultants, precisely because she isn't a good politician. She doesn't have good instincts for these critical moments.

Obama, Bill and Reagan had much better political instincts. Her natural instinct is to control information strictly, to prevaricate and to blame others.

I was unaware he still had listeners. He was funny during Bill's first term, but his shtick grew old.

Based on what I have been reading in this thread, she would kick his ass!

                    • I sure hope the choice in the 2016 isn't between Hillary and Trump. Gee, compared to those two Biden looks good, well acceptable.

Still the only one out of the whole bunch of them I would contribute money to is Kasich.

I am not asking this question so I can mock you, but is there anyone on this board that seriously hopes Hillary becomes President?

I'm still trying to decide if four years of Hillary being president of the country I live in would be worth the meltdown on CB, CS to a lesser extent, from my dad and FIL, and in my ward, etc.

I don't understand the appeal to Biden, as he looked bad in his previous presidential bids. Gore of course almost won against a weak GOP candidate, but the current field is less than impressive.

Hillary, the presumptive nominee, Biden and Gore as retreads. Sanders is there for entertainment purposes only. I recently read one wonk who thinks Obama would like to install Biden with Warren as VP to continue his legacy.

Trump won't get it, though he may ruin the GOP if he goes Ross Perot on the GOP. Kasich is acceptable if he can get through the primaries. Rubio could be an asset though Senators often don't make very good Presidents.

                            Who wants Clinton-Bush? Ugh.

Exactly what are Hillary's policies de jour? It seems as the most important thing is to make herself as much money as possible through the exercise of political connections without making a widget or contributing to financing.

The demographics on the electoral map favor Democrats for the time being, so the GOP will have trouble winning any national election without a charismatic figure. Who is the charismatic figure for the GOP?

She would engage in more new Keynesian economics, try to be a new Feminist, try to enact anti-gun legislation, try to enact higher taxation, go venturing for some Hawkish agenda to prove she is not weak, and probably end up as Jimmy Carter, as she is beset with his weak public personality. I doubt she would win a second term. Mostly, I wager her appointments would be abominable and they would mostly come from Yale or Harvard. However, I doubt she would be able to govern well, because she is generally disliked.

Overall, Wall Street would be the same, our economy would trudge along and it would more of the same malaise.
