  • Graphic: Carbon dioxide emissions compared to population

    http://nationalpostnews.files.wordpr...3_worldco2.pdf

After more than 15 years of discussions about reducing greenhouse gases, the U.S. remains one of the world’s largest producers of carbon dioxide emissions. The National Post graphics team looks at comparisons between Carbon Dioxide emissions and population density.

That's not at all surprising. Was there some other reason you posted this e.g are we supposed to think this is a bad thing?

I just think it is an interesting graphic.

I think it would be very interesting to see a graphic showing CO2 output compared to productive output (or GDP perhaps).

Per capita, we look about the same as Canada, which confirms my hunch that CO2 emissions are a function of how spread out your population is, and not so much how liberal and environmentally friendly your government is.
At least the Big Ten went after a big-time addition in Nebraska; the Pac-10 wanted a game so badly, it added Utah

I'd like to see a graph of CO2 output over the last 30 years compared to a graph representing the fluctuations in the size of Valerie Bertinelli's ass over the last 30 years.

            Anyone got that one?

Brazil is lagging behind. They need to increase their CO2 output stat.

Can someone make it a 3 axis graph to include Marie Osmond's ass too?
