    More electric devices

    Interesting Article about a company called plug plower that is building fuel cell forklifts.

    This makes me wonder why there aren't more Lawnmowers, snow blowers, leafblowers, edgers and trimmers with battery/fuel cell power. Seems to me the market for those items would be huge. Not only would you save in gas but the noise pollution externality would be nice.

      I bought a cordless electric lawn mower when I bought my house because my lot isn't that big. The mower was on sale, so it was about the same price as a regular gas mower. I like the fact that I don't need to worry as much about maintenance, and it works just as well as a gas mower. With a smaller lot, I don't worry about running out of power, though judging by the battery indicator, I could easily get through .25 acre. I didn't bother with a trimmer this summer because I spent most of my extra money on renovating the house and on furniture, but I'll probably get a cordless electric trimmer in the spring.
      Not that, sickos.
