For those Beck listeners out there, why have Beck and his co-hosts been so far in the bag for Santorum?
WTF does Beck think Santorum's "solutions" of social conservatism is the way to fix the problems Beck says?
It's as if Beck cries about the demise of the U.S. economy and heading towards bigger government and socialism....but he overlooks all the obvious signs and red flags that come up with Santorum in this regard.
I used to listen to Beck. I haven't listened to him for a couple of years. I made the mistake this morning listening to him.
He slammed Santy for a second but has now turned his sights on pointing out all of Romney's flaws and inconsistencies.
Beck is as big of a dick as Dick Santy. Bugger off the two of you!

PU, do yourself a favor, turn it off and never go back.
Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!
For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."
If Beck would stay generic and just promote the conservative cause he would be fine. However, he keeps spending a lot of time in the ozone layer.
This morning he had some interesting information. We all know how the dems railed on Bush for gas prices. Now Obama claims there is nothing the President can do about them.
What is interesting is a survey taken on whether it is the Presidents fault or not has been taken for both Presidents during high gas prices. While the partisanship is not a surprise, the magnitude is.
18% of the republicans feel the President is responsible more now.
13% of the independents feel the President is less responsible now.
40% of the democrats feel the President is less responsible now.
I agree with Beck. Independents you would think would have stayed the same. The 13% represents the media's influence in framing the discussion. They were all over Bush, not so much Obama.

Like I said, I did turn him off a long time ago. However, as I have the day off and was done at the gym at 7, I decided to run some errands. My radio was already tuned to 570 so I listened. I was intrigued to hear what the Pro-Santy would say.
It's like eating at McDonalds after a long time away. You just feel sick afterwards.

Those statistics were about the only interesting part of what I heard. They are pretty revealing. However, I missed where these stats came from. Any idea?
I also heard he was predicting large scale social upheaval and fighting in the streets between now and the end of the year. Yay!

I don't remember, but probably from a poll taken at high gas prices during each Presidency. I also thought the sound bite from nanci pelosi was good. Going off on Bush for the high gas prices $3.43 in the area she represents.
Beck's ridiculous predictions and his not owning up to how bad they were is what turned me off. My kids still liked him, but slowly as he has gotten weirder and weirder and they have seen the world hasn't come to an end, he has turned them off.
He was pretty good telling people to get out of the market around 8,000, but when it hit 6.500, he kept proclaiming get out! He has been doing so ever since. He is a false prophet and won't own up to it.
I guess Mitt doesn't actually like firing people. Another day, another lie from Romney.
He said he likes being able to fire people. It's not the act of firing he enjoys - it's the control over his surroundings.
"I think it was King Benjamin who said 'you sorry ass shitbags who have no skills that the market values also have an obligation to have the attitude that if one day you do in fact win the PowerBall Lottery that you will then impart of your substance to those without.'"

To be fair, I increasingly think I might prefer Obama to Santorum as well.
I am actually there. Santorum and his religious right bandwaggon scare the heck out of me. At least a republican congress can thwart Obama. A tea party house, Beck, Hannity, Limbaugh and Santorum, God forbid.
That thought ought to scare the heck out of every so called non-Christian in America.

Meh. I'd take the Santy/BHL/Tea Party direction over the socialist Obama agenda which seems to be headed towards ceding ever increasing sovereignty to "the world."
Santorum's religious conservatism with really no other answer accompanied with his schmarmy personality make my stomach turn, but Obama scares me.

I would prefer Santorum over Obama if we got a democrat congress. I don't want either extremes to get control of the Presidency and Congress.
The poll, for example, found that GOP voters who believe there is too much religion in politics are far more likely to support Romney. Consider this a moment. At least among Republicans, Romney’s Mormonism is viewed as a haven from an excessive emphasis on religion. Some of this is surely due to Romney’s more moderate demeanor. But it is also an accurate reading of the Mormon tradition, which is self-consciously nonpartisan. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints includes not only Romney but also Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, a Democrat. Romney’s Mormonism may have limited his appeal among evangelicals in the Southern primaries. But he may get a subtle revenge. In the general election, his religious tradition may be viewed with less suspicion than would evangelicalism.

It seems like a little lull in the primary season, right now. What is the next battleground state?
Next Tuesday. DC, Maryland and Wisconsin. 3 states that Mitt will likely win. I don't even think Rick made the ballot in DC. Then there is 3 weeks until Mitt wins a bunch more states. My guess is Rick stays in until then. After he loses his home state he bows out.
I'll be interested to see how Romney does in Wisconsin. It's near Illinois, but doesn't have the urban center of Chicago. I am surprised to see 9 to 1 odds in intrade.

Are polls showing that Rick is at risk of losing in PA?
