Another self-dealing and cronyistic person, albeit less of one.

Really no idea, nor do I care. The legislature could have 100% turnover this year and nothing would change. They would still line their pockets at the expense of their constituents.

And yet Utah seems to be widely regarded as one of the best-run states in the country. Maybe that is in spite of the politicians rather than because of them, but they ought to get a little credit for at least not ruining it.
