USA is the greatest blah blah ... we have more disposable income (though we spend it on health care etc, so it is actually a wash) blah blah ... Canadian bacon sucks (of course there is no such thing as Canadian bacon, its called peameal) blah blah ... Canadian Mounted Police are cool, that's why we talk about them blah blah ..

Ketchup chips are gross—on that we agree!

Again, GDP (or income, if you prefer) does not equate to well-being. The link you provided does not address inequality and the fact that Americans spend almost double their advantage in net/gross disposable income on health care, and actually only accounts for a small number of very wealthy households propping up the index which means the numbers at OECD better life are cooked.
US households have the highest (or second highest) per household discretionary disposable income. Yes, our healthcare costs are higher than average but that is more than offset by our low tax burden.

Your anti-USA crusade on the even of our 250th birthday is both cute and kind of sad at the same time.

This chart collection examines how U.S. health spending compares to health spending in other similarly large, wealthy OECD countries using the OECD Health Statistics database.
