A while back I went down a rabbit hole on detransitioners where they talked about their voices being permanently altered, losing sexual function and the ability to breastfeed their children. After listening/reading to some of their stories I think it's a pretty good description.
-
What else would you call it? Permanently removing vital parts that alter their ability to procreate etc. for the rest of their life isn’t like getting your tonsils removed. It sure isn’t something that needs to be done to children who cannot even drink or vote.Originally posted by MartyFunkhouser View Post
I don't think that we should be doing permanent surgical interventions on children that are transgender, but I'm going to eyeroll and question the presentation by someone when they have to say it like "surgically butchering children."
I think that person’s opinion doesn’t matter moreso than the report from AMA.

As a former wrestler, There is a move that many have called “Checking the Oil.” It uses the cupping of the butt as a way to tilt your opponent to a pinning move. It is used but never in the way described here. This goes beyond the move and technical move.
The look on her face is haunting. You sense something is wrong but once you realize it makes it so much more worse.
In this case, the school never reported nor informed the school this was a biological male. And when her family reported nothing was done. This goes to the same thing I have said before. How are we not calling these actions what they are. Sexual assault and violation to the rights of women. Forcing them to undress with biological males is equivalent of sexual assault and is no different than being sexually exposed to a male when you do not consent. In this case, no consent nor acknowledgement of a biological male and now we have sexual assault.
Teen athlete says she was sexually violated by trans wrestler – and the school district did nothing
https://www.patreon.com/posts/teen-a...-she-150338658Kallie Keeler has been wrestling her entire life.
The 16-year-old sophomore at Rogers High School in Puyallup says she's never experienced anything like what happened during a December 6 match with in-district rival Emerald Ridge High School.
A couple of minutes into the 190-pound bout, Kallie found herself face down on the mat – with her opponent's arm between her legs and fingers pressing into her vagina. Hard.
What happened – and didn’t happen – in the two months that followed highlights the extent to which public school districts in Washington state will go to to protect trans athletes at the expense of girls – and even at the expense of following the law.

I'm all for boys playing sports against boys, and girls playing sports against girls. The sooner we stop this trans sports nonsense the better. But It seems like the fact that she was wrestling a transsexual is irrelevant here, at least as it pertains to the digital penetration. This seems like a wrestling problem, not a trans athlete problem, as a cis girl or a gay girl could do this same thing to another female wrestler.Originally posted by dabrockster View PostAs a former wrestler, There is a move that many have called “Checking the Oil.” It uses the cupping of the butt as a way to tilt your opponent to a pinning move. The real issue here is that she was unknowingly wrestling a biological male. Which shouldn't be happening from a sheer fairness and competitiveness standpoint in pretty much any sport, but definitely not in wrestling.Prepare to put mustard on those words, for you will soon be consuming them, along with this slice of humble pie that comes direct from the oven of shame set at gas mark “egg on your face”! -- Moss
There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock

No. As a former wrestler I can fully attest that this is NOT wrestling issue. There is no way in hell would a wrestler go deep into a guys balls or ass like this.Originally posted by Donuthole View Post

A male, who wrestled a girl.. Went well past the normal position of a move and went straight into her private and penetrated. That doesn’t happen when it is boys or girls. Never.

Next time, try understanding what I wrote before just flying off the handle and responding. I’ll break it down: Women have vaginas. Men don’t. When women wrestle, hands can grab at/near/in vaginas. Stop comparing vaginas to balls/ass and understand that this problem is created by anatomy.Originally posted by dabrockster View Post

We already agree that biological males should not be wrestling competitively against biological females. Full stop. We agree there. But from a critical thinking standpoint, see if you can understand how there might be situations where a biological female wrestler might be sexually motivated to wrestle other females. Then maybe you’ll understand what I’m saying when I say the issue of vaginal penetration during wrestling is potentially a wrestling issue.Prepare to put mustard on those words, for you will soon be consuming them, along with this slice of humble pie that comes direct from the oven of shame set at gas mark “egg on your face”! -- Moss

I am also a former wrestler. I don’t see the gender of the person doing this act as relevant.Originally posted by dabrockster View Post

This makes no sense at all. It seems you are alluding that a lesbian would have a desire to do such an act to another female. Similarly are you saying a male would have similar desires sexually to do such an act to another male wrestler? Hence it is a wrestling issue. Or did you mean a "Biological Male" not "Biological females to wrestle other females.Originally posted by Donuthole View PostNext time, try understanding what I wrote before just flying off the handle and responding. Stop comparing balls/asses to vaginas?? They are all considered the private parts of each gender. All things remaining equal, wrestler's do not grab or purposely grab another competitors private area. In all of my years of competiting or coaching, the amount of times this has happened can be counted on one hand and each time, it did not end well for the perpetrator.

Sorry to ask you to think critically. I should have known that would be problematic. I won't do that again.Originally posted by dabrockster View Post

My response directly addressed the logic of your argument. Critical thinking typically involves engaging with counterpoints rather than dismissing them. But I understand.

As usual, your “counterpoints” were incomplete thoughts and made no sense. Im serious, Brock, when I say that you didn’t understand what I wrote. I can tell from your response you don’t understand it. JL did. AA did. You didn’t. Sorry, that’s a you problem.Originally posted by dabrockster View Post

I’ll make the point easier. Some lesbian might choose to wrestle and take it as an opportunity to sexually assault another wrestler with a stealth fingering.
I also agree with the point that biological males shouldn’t be out here wrestling biological females. It especially shouldn’t be hidden when it happens. But this assault isn’t a transgender thing. As I lead this army, make room for mistakes and depression

From the WSJ:
It’s easy to look back at the uncritical acceptance of medical wrongdoing in the past and see what C.S. Lewis described as “chronological snobbery.” It seems obvious now that bloodletting and trepanning were acts of idiocy. But the widespread acceptance of “gender-affirming” medicine in our own time ought to cure us of this hubris.
