Trump is such an existential threat that the Democrats have pulled out their super awesome plan to stop him...which includes renominating (without a true primary) an octogenarian with one of the lowest approval ratings in recent history...and when it becomes clear he'll get steamrolled in the general election they quickly swap him out for a bumbling VP that ran for president but had to drop out before getting any delegates because she was horrible at debating and had extreme policy positions.

Let me just say that is a horrible game plan to stop Lucifer from assuming the role as chief fascist over America.

The democrats had the good sense to help Biden step aside. The GOP can't say no to Trump, and he is having his own mental decline. I don't there would be any democratic candidate that would meet your expectations.

You have a double standard when it comes to expecting political parties to act like adults. I did hope for Harris to take over, but if Trump's willingness to cheat doesn't derail things, she has a good shot to win this.

You have people like Mitch McConnell harshly criticizing Trump, and there has been others, meanwhile they didn't do a thing to hold him accountable. Direct some of your frustration at the complicit members of the GOP. Democrats didn't nominate him or compel republicans too.

I’m not sure how I have a double standard. Th GOP jnder MAGA control is awful, much worse than the Dems. That’s my opinion and it’s worth one vote (I voted for Harris) but almost half of America doesn’t agree with me and you.

It all hangs on Pennsylvania, and I'm not liking how that is looking at the moment. The most recent polls there are all in Trump's favor with some more than 2% in his favor. Obviously within the margin of error but this is a bad time for the moment to be going that way. I can't see a viable path for Harris to win without PA. I still can't believe she didn't pick Shapiro. That may end up being as bad of a decision as Hillary deciding to not campaign in MI, WI and PA back in 2016.

I would throw out there that when a libertarian ends up in the alt right that they probably weren't all that libertarian in philosophy to begin with and were probably taking on that label as a way to describe their anti government or non conformist views. The alt right is pretty much the opposite of being pro individual liberties.
