RFK Jr says he can beat Grandpa Joe... 20% and rising in the polls:
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/rfk...mary-heres-how"Yes, I can win," Kennedy told Fox News Digital when asked if he can beat Biden.
"The public polls are showing me at 20% over for the Democrats, and our private polling is showing that I have very strong support among independents and even Republicans."
I bet RFK Jr could beat Biden too if Biden would only debate him. Joe sucks at answering questions without his teleprompter and/or notes.
And RFK Jr might be able to actually beat DeSantis or Drumpf in the general match up:
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/...l/70192303007/Biden trails behind Trump and DeSantis in 2024 general election matchups: Poll
Ahead of the 2024 election and after formally announcing his reelection bid, President Joe Biden is facing low approval ratings and skepticism about his mental and physical fitness to serve in the White House, according to a Washington Post-ABC News poll released Sunday.
The survey found Biden’s approval ratings have reached a new low point among Post-ABC polls at 36%, similar to a February 2022 poll that found him at 37%. On the other hand, 56% of respondents disapproved of Biden.
And just a third of Americans believe Biden has the mental acuity to serve as president, with 32% of respondents saying Biden has the “mental sharpness it takes to serve effectively as president.” Only 33% of respondents think Biden is also physically fit to serve.

This care can include refusing to conduct research and recordkeeping or denying medical tests, diagnoses, referrals, medications, and therapy, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) notes.

If the law is indeed as sweeping as described here, I cannot imagine this surviving a legal challenge."There is no creature more arrogant than a self-righteous libertarian on the web, am I right? Those folks are just intolerable."

Hey he's on a roll, banning money being spent on diversity, equity and inclusion programs statewide. A better politician would get more mileage from his 'discrimination, exclusion and indoctrination' quip, but I'm sure he's going to beat it into the ground:

Yeah I'm sure most of the laws he's signed are on very shaky legal ground. At least I hope so.Originally posted by Jeff Lebowski View PostIf the law is indeed as sweeping as described here, I cannot imagine this surviving a legal challenge."...you pointy-headed autopsy nerd. It won't -- but this is culture wars, not serving Justice as the Governor of Florida.Originally posted by Jeff Lebowski View PostIf the law is indeed as sweeping as described here, I cannot imagine this surviving a legal challenge."I'm anti, can't no government handle a commando / Your man don't want it, Trump's a bitch! Sounds restrictive. I'm sure all the "conservatives" are going to complain about freedom of speech just like the were when dunderheads like Alex Jones would get banned from social media/Originally posted by Northwestcoug View PostHey he's on a roll, banning money being spent on diversity, equity and inclusion programs statewide. florida is now banning adults from getting trans healthcare? how is that legal?
https://www.reuters.com/world/us/des...rida%20law%2C%
The Florida law, known as Senate Bill 254, requires transgender adults to obtain written consent on a form adopted by the Board of Medicine and Board of Osteopathic Medicine - two oversight boards whose members are appointed by the governor and have already taken steps to restrict transgender care under DeSantis.

It's called fascism. It is the group DeSantis is having a holy war agains. He is essentially trying to take away academic freedom and generally trying to curtail what employees can say.Originally posted by Maximus View Postflorida is now banning adults from getting trans healthcare? how is that legal?
