How does he explain Pakistan, India, N. Korea, China, and Israel having acquired nuclear weapons? How about Iran's current capacity to refine? How about Brazil and Japan's desire to produce nuclear fuel?

America's ability to influence other countries is fading. This policy seems to be geared at sending a message that America/Russia are serious about arms reductions, which is a good message to send to the world. It also gives a carrot to countries like Brazil and Japan to not pursue nuclear programs of their own.

Ignoring everything else, he was saying smaller countries. China, etc. are not the countries he was talking about.

Yes, and the recent verbage from Homeland Security about Home Grown terrorists be a large concern for them.. If this does happen (The added language I suggested) then it will be just another link for me to see them shifting their work to look more locally and local militias. I am not sure if it is good but it could be if it is inclusive to all terrorist groups that may be operating in America (Including Islamic terrorism)..

I'm sorry, but I have to point out what a stupid post and prediction this was.

Of course the FBI is going to investigate any group conspiring to commit terrorist acts. We should rejoice they aren't solely focused on Muslims anymore.

I don't know that his prediction was any more stupid than your belief that rogue nations will actually abide by Obama's pretty please request.

You may not consider it prophecy, but I think it goes to what I predicted. They will start leaning towards "Home-grown" terrorists far more then ever before and putting them at the same level as the foreign terrorists..

By all means, provide me with any statements to congress making this type of statement before Obama was in office by the FBI Director..

The better question is whether there was an increase in 'home-grown' terrorist activity due to the radical rights opposition of a foreign born, black, muslim President, and therefore, a greater need to investigate domestic terrorists.
