The big threat of NK isn't nuclear. It's good old late 19th century technology - accurate long range artillery. They have 13,000 heavy artillery pieces & rocket launchers ready and aimed at Soeul. A 10 minute barrage from them could easily kill tens if not hundreds of thousands. Sure they'd get their asses kicked immediately after the barrage was over, but that's the threat that N Korea really has - the S Korean capital is 30 miles from the border.
