My question isn't why. My question is how. The lucky pigeons' look and style are definitely improved with a hat, but how did they do it? Tranq gun? Chasing them around like Rocky chased chickens? do these stylish pigeons live in a coop or are the wild? Did they put them on by themselves when presented with a nice pigeon-sized hat?
