I hit -90 pounds this morning; I lifted weights, did 400m sprints (with air squats in between) and played three pickleball matches yesterday, so water weight is definitely a factor with that number, but I'm pumped regardless.
    I bet!

No no, a year is too long. Come on. But we did celebrate all holidays 90 days later.

    Thanks man.

If any of you are doing keto check into Keto Chow. Their shakes are excellent and are key in my progress. I usually drink one for breakfast and sometimes a second for lunch. My fats of choice are heavy cream and salted butter.

The coolest thing is I haven't gained anything when I had to drop off for travel. I'm not eating crazy during travel times but I definitely consume more calories and sugar than when I'm home doing keto.

In five pounds, I will be lighter than I've ever been as an adult.
