I bet!Originally posted by Green Monstah View PostThis no sugar business is no joke. After two months of crawling along, my weight loss is cruising with eliminating refined sugar. I'm eating 2500-2800 calories per day and burning 4000-5000 (per my Fitbit). I hit -90 pounds this morning; I lifted weights, did 400m sprints (with air squats in between) and played three pickleball matches yesterday, so water weight is definitely a factor with that number, but I'm pumped regardless.

No no, a year is too long. Come on. But we did celebrate all holidays 90 days later.Originally posted by Green Monstah View Post
This is what happens when your parents buy holiday candy on sale after the holiday, store it, and distribute it to the kids a year later.

Maybe that is it. I like slightly stale candy. Peeps need to be left out for 3 days min. before I can eat them. I like a bit of a rind on my starbursts, too.

Maintaining on the road is a huge win in my book. Nice work.
If any of you are doing keto check into Keto Chow. Their shakes are excellent and are key in my progress. I usually drink one for breakfast and sometimes a second for lunch. My fats of choice are heavy cream and salted butter.

Interesting that the texture is pretty polarizing. My wife is the same way. She feels like she's eating marshmallows and hates it, but which sounds awesome to me.Originally posted by falafel View Post
Cherry Barcia is pretty tasty, I'll give you that. That texture, though. Makes it difficult (literally) to eat one.

Freaking awesome! I've been doing keto (except when I'm traveling which has been a lot lately) and am down 35lbs. Here's to the next thirty-five.
The coolest thing is I haven't gained anything when I had to drop off for travel. I'm not eating crazy during travel times but I definitely consume more calories and sugar than when I'm home doing keto.

A week ago, I decided to cut out some of the sugary treats I've been slowly letting myself eat more often, and the results have been great. Even though I have not exceeded my daily caloric intake, I think my body is excellent at turning sugar directly to fat.
In five pounds, I will be lighter than I've ever been as an adult.
