In the next hour or so I'm going to try my hand at Power Yoga and I'm a bit nervous....mainly because I'm thinking I'll be the only guy in the room. I also will have no idea what I'm doing as it'll be my first time trying this. I guess I need to talk someone into coming with me so I'm not feeling like such a loser. I'm also going to try my hand at Pilates on Thursday. MJ does Pilates at leaset 3 times a week. I'll return and report on my thoughts on both classes.
My goal is to increase core strength while also increasing flexibility so i'm trying my hand at a couple things that could help in that arena. Thankfully my employer just opened a gym in one of their buildings so everything is free to use, including the classes. Any other recommendations for me to try?
