        I didn't use the technical terms for the procedure but merely explained how I interpreted them. He wants me to cut down my running drastically during that nine month period. What is surprising is how much muscle one loses in the knee by not running consistently.

          yes but they upped them considerably when they found the blood clots.

              I am impressed by you as always. I am increasing my own version of physical therapy. I went to yoga and joy of joys, that hurt.
