While driving yesterday, I heard a teaser for an upcoming story on NPR about a new trend toward "maximalism" in running. They led with something like "throw away those toe shoes, it's all about more padding." My drive was done before the story came on, but I would love to have heard it. Anyone catch it?

LOL yeah- with new studies published and the toe shoe company allegedly giving refunds, this whole structure vs no structure debate is starting to turn into the whole 'are eggs good or bad?' debate. Wear what feels comfortable, everybody.
