  • 2012 Fitness Challenge

When are we kicking this thing off? I'm still in the honeymoon period of the new year and my exercise and calorie tracking is all going to waste. Let's get it going before I hit my first derailing injury of the year.

If we want to go lo-tech I can set up a google spreadsheet like BBB did a couple of years back. Not as good as a website but my HTML skills are still under development.

I would love it if we could duplicate the team-based competition of the first one. I didn't get discouraged when I had an off day because others were working, and yet I had that personal rivalry with bluegoose.

I don't care much either way, but don't we usually start this around June? It seems like people get burned out on it after a few months, so we may want to start it once New Years resolution wills are starting to fade. Of course, maybe that's now...
At least the Big Ten went after a big-time addition in Nebraska; the Pac-10 wanted a game so badly, it added Utah

That's not a knock on BBB; I was simply going plagiarize her excellent work, meaning the lo-tech bit was my own work. We had a full-blown website or something last time.

Or are you just uncomfortable with me handling numbers?

I'm currently at 161 and wish to get between 150-155. I'm in for the 2012 challenge and vote that it starts ASAP!
