It's hurting so badly right now that as soon as the vicodin I took at 7:30PM wore off, I woke up.

This is still not as gross as your avatar.
What's to explain? It's a bunch of people, most of whom you've never met, who are just as likely to be homicidal maniacs as they are to be normal everyday people, with whom you share the minutiae of your everyday life. It's totally normal, and everyone would understand.

            Very true.

Wuap- let us know how things go at the Dr. I hope you are feeling better soon so you can get some sleep.

I hope that thing gets better.

How do you "catch" or develop one of those? Other than the plagues described by Thucydides and Boccaccio, I'm pretty much clueless on boils.

I think I speak for all of us when I say you're welcome to go back to posting about your wife's tits at any time.

Also, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you're posting under the influence again.

There was a recent outbreak at Mike's Pastry in Boston.

Well you don't speak for me.

I will point out that I've never ever ever used the word "tits" to refer to my wife's breasts precisely because she does not like that word.

I went to the doctor. He gave me

                        Cephalexin 500 mg q.d.s
                        Leva-pak 750 mg 1 q.d.
Lorcet Plus 7.5/650 q4h prn, they are definitely pro re nata.

I am to stop taking my Voltaren prescription for the heel spur until I finish the antibiotic courses.

I am also to constantly keep a hot washcloth against it until my appointment tomorrow at 3PM. He said, "I can't lance it yet because the infection isn't defined well-enough yet."

The swelling has a diameter of 3 1/8."

Due to the potential infection of others (in case it's MRSA) I am to stay away from public places until my appointment tomorrow.

Yes, I was posting under the influence, but YOhio asked for photos.

Sounds like "trial and error" learning to me.

Do you remember that Star Trek episode where Spock mind-melds with the rock creatures?

#1 I think that creature is actually burrowed into my face right now:

and #2 He's screaming the same thing that Spock did (3:16 in is how I feel)

What does a fellow have to do to get a boil update, huh? Babs won't stop texting me until the story has come to its exciting conclusion, so any updates would be greatly appreciated.

There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body.
