What's tuition at now? 60K per year?

I did one report max again this week. I'd been worried that training for this marathon would make me lose a lot of strength. I put up 300lbs which really surprised me.

I had to look up this thread to see when the last time I did that was. Can't believe it was almost two years ago.

Good job. I've been stuck on 205 for reps (of 5) for about a month. My program is to do three sets of five, then bump up the weight when I get it. I got 200, then over the last four weeks I've gone.

        4,3,2
        5,3,3
        5,4,3
        5,5,4

ARGH! So mad I couldn't get that last rep up. I'll get it this week.

I'd like to start doing bench more often but I usually work out with my wife and she isn't so great as a spotter once I get into the heavier weights.
