      i started last night after with a friend after i missed the first day, meaning i started on plyometrics. bad, bad idea. it is absurdly difficult.

        Just started phase 2. I'm doing a modified doubles (I'm running in the am instead of doing Cardio X).

        It's like starting all over again in terms of difficulty. The shoulders, chest and tri workout killed me last night. On the bright side, I'm much better at ab ripper x than I used to be. I still struggle with the oblique v-ups and the fifer scissors.
        Awesomeness now has a name. Let me introduce myself.

          Did the same thing for the first time today...my arms are still quivering.
