He majority of my workout music fits this category as well. Tipsy by Jkwon is a good one. My favorite may be Mama Said Knock You Out by LL. 50'has some and "shake that" and "lose yourself" are always must haves by eminem. G thang by Dre and Snoop as well. Make me want to go run now just thinking about it.

Normal earbuds like the ones that come with the ipod really hurt my ears. The fit is just off. I used to have some over the ear phones I'd use when working out. I have some Shures that I won't use working out because I sweat too much and I am scared I'll ruin them.

That said, I don't listen to music anymore while working out. When I did before I couldn't listen to hip-hop at all. It just doesn't do anything for me. I need something fast, even a little angry, so I'd listen to lots of punk. Ratatat is a great group to listen to though.

I think I would fall asleep at a crosswalk if this song came on. Unless i was doing the tired jog I fall into after about eight miles.

with training in full swing, I have been going through my music to pick out some stuff that has not been in my running rotation. Here are some of them that I have found make it easier to keep running.

I will post more today, but wanted to jumpstart this thread with as many of us that are busting our asses.

I have been listening to my CUF Mix that I got from MarkGrace for the last 2 weeks when working out. Thanks Mark!!

I don't listen to anything while walking/jogging. I've never found any earbuds or earphones that are really comfortable for me. Also, since I tend to walk in the road, I want to hear any traffic that is around me.

I may be small, but I'm slow.

                            Found this site today: http://jog.fm/

you input a desired pace and it gives you songs near that bpm. I think this is what some people have been looking for. Hopefully it is interesting for some.

I think I will try and pull some songs off it and give it a try.
