  • 7 Wonders of the Mormon World

    http://www.ldsliving.com/story/76601...e-mormon-world

If I were making a list I'd probably go with the following:

    1. Sacred Grove
    2. Salt Lake Temple
    3. BYU
    4. Salt Lake Tabernacle
    5. City Creek Center
    6. Kirtland Temple
    7. Nauvoo
"Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

I've been to all of those places except for 4 of them!

      No HD Truck?

I actually thought the article's list was ok. The Records Vault and Jerusalem Center definitely belong. The tombs should be replaced by items from Moliere's list.

"Guitar groups are on their way out, Mr Epstein."

Upon rejecting the Beatles, Dick Rowe told Brian Epstein of the January 1, 1962 audition for Decca, which signed Brian Poole and the Tremeloes instead.

Haven't been to Nauvoo or Kirtland. The midwest is a terrible place.

no mention of the Relief Society, the largest women's organization in the world? Speaks volumes.

I've driven across the midwest several times. You don't have any mountains AND you don't have any trees. And, it's hot as hell in summer and cold as a witch's tit in winter.

                        You live in the Midwest?
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

But I'm a people person and they don't come any better.
