A partner once discovered genital lubricant in the office.
I wish my attorney would have extended that courtesy.

Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

In a 2004 lawsuit filed against Fife by Michael McCullough, his former law partner, Fife was accused of abusing illicit drugs, confiscating client funds and having sex with clients, the lawsuit says.
In the world of attorney misconduct, one of these three will generally you permanently disbarred (hint: it isn't shtupping the client). Looks like Fife was suspended for two months back in 2005, with an additional seven months stayed as long as he kept out of trouble for 2 years. From the disciplinary opinion back then:
This proceeding arises out Respondent’s illegal drug use and trust account mismanagement. Specifically, Respondent used methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, at various times over the past three years. Respondent also failed to keep track of money earned from particular clients, instead making a practice of transferring money from his client trust account to his operating account based upon financial considerations such as the needs of his law firm.
interesting that all of his misconduct seemed to occur after attending the U. Between his stint at the Y and the start of law school, his record is impeccable.
I wouldn't say they dated. More like she is one of the reasons we don't have a final four banner from the Jimmer era.
Good news about this chick is that she is very tall (over 6 feet). She also married a BYU volleyball player. She is spreading her seed in the right places.

Jayci recalled. “I’m wearing a BYU shirt in the video, and my husband plays for BYU, so people are going to start putting all this together and say, ‘This couple is Mormon.’ "
“It was really important to me to not only represent the church but represent myself,” Jayci said. “I wear my garments. I value my body. I respect it, and it was important to me to show people that no matter who you are, no matter what crazy experiences in life you have, you can dress modestly, and you can still look cute, and you can still have fun.”
