  • I'll admit, I thought this was cool. Not a KC fan, but I like their coach.

He was just in another pod that I really like. But now I’m starting to wonder about him….

        • Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

            • Has the NFL always hired head coaches in their mid-30s or did Lane Kiffin start this? When I was growing up all NFL coaches seemed like they were in their 60s.

My former neighbor and foursome companion (okay, only once), John Madden, became head coach of the Raiders at the age of 32.

I’ll give you props for the social stature of being in the same orbit as Madden. But I’m drawing the line at congratulating you on a foursome with him, no matter how hot it was.

Your bare assertions do not make it so. Maybe your reasoning is too stunted and your vocabulary is too limited to go without these epithets."

                      • Tom Landry became the Cowboy's head coach when he was 35 or 36 but I think he probably always looked like he was in his 60s.

When he won his two super bowls he was 47 and 53.

                              • Can someone explain why the church needs a temple to be 100ft ?

Or just a way for the church to push power ?
