Has the NFL always hired head coaches in their mid-30s or did Lane Kiffin start this? When I was growing up all NFL coaches seemed like they were in their 60s.Comment

Tom Landry became the Cowboy's head coach when he was 35 or 36 but I think he probably always looked like he was in his 60s.
When he won his two super bowls he was 47 and 53.Comment
