Yeah the catholic one is odd to me. But there is a bit of discord between the Vatican and the American Catholics. A lot of them outwardly hate the Pope. I think he is good human.

There is a strong history Jewish involvement in civil rights and social justice and there are a lot of secular Jews.
Some are critical of Israel, even over the top. But there isn't a lot of precedent for heavy Jewish presence in Right, Ben Shapiro aside. That may be changing a bit.

I don't like the Mormon numbers but I have increasingly appreciated the LDS church protecting political neutrality. I wish more of the membership would embrace and it. Ezra Taft Benson and Cleon Skousen still have so much political sway and they were both extreme.

I think I saw someone say that on Twitter also.

I'm not sure. Since it's a H2H poll it doesn't surprise me that it's so skewed towards Trump. If you performed a similar poll on this board and honest responses were given I bet it wouldn't be too far off those results. If there were a third party option I think it would flatten out quite a bit more. What's interesting is that Trump has historically underperformed in polls because people are afraid to acknowledge they'll vote for him, but I wonder if there isn't an opposite dynamic with polls of LDS when it comes to voting for Democrats.

The point is, people should have the leeway to decide whatever to pursue whatever lifestyle choices that make (obviously as long as they don't violate laws or impinge on the rights of others). I got into a fairly heated discussion with one of my sons per Harrison Butker's wife and her choices this past summer. But it's cool, we're family, so no damage done.

All that said, those LDS social media moms are pretty cringe to me and it bothers me how they put their underage children front and center. That whole social media influencer scene seems pretty unhealthy to me.
I don't like that judgment either. It's a healthy thing when people have the ability to do that and chose to and there are real emotional benefits for the children.
