  • Why it's tough to be a Mormon Man: http://bycommonconsent.com/2015/08/2...-a-mormon-man/
"They're good. They've always been good" - David Shaw.

Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

    • Good article but no mention of all the sexual demands placed on Mormon men.
      Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

        Are there any?
"Guitar groups are on their way out, Mr Epstein."

Upon rejecting the Beatles, Dick Rowe told Brian Epstein of the January 1, 1962 audition for Decca, which signed Brian Poole and the Tremeloes instead.

Word of Wisdom. Many men do not connect or open up easily in social situations. Having a drink or two is traditionally how buddies loosen up and get chatty. Mormon men are some of the most friendless, lonely people I know. Also, male friendships are subtly frowned upon in the church. I’ve had multiple priesthood leaders suggest that once you are married, hanging out with buddies ends as its all about wife and kids now.

Clearly that person has never been to one of those pie and ice cream socials before Priesthood session.

I would've liked for her to address the "men are wired for polygamy, but the government forces us into monogamy" issue (or lack thereof).

I sent it over to a buddy of mine and asked him if he now felt more compassion for me and my plight in this world as a Mormon male.
