i think the amphitheater is cool. reminds me of the original Clash of the Titans movie, when Zeus would pull red-clay human figurines off the wall and place them in that plaster stadium.

Could be interested in buying just the amphitheater depending on the price

I am guessing after the recent cohabitation ruling in Utah the FLDS just packed up and moved back to Utah (given they failed to show up to the hearing). It may take them a while to inventory everything but the tax records show there is about $3 million in buildings and other improvements. You can most likely give the state a low ball offer and pick up everything including that amphitheater and all the furnishings in the buildings including the funky bedroom sets...
