This was a conversation with a 13-year old kid (we'll call him Joe) during the drive back from scout camp:

Adult Leader: So, Joe, do you think Megan Fox is hot?

Joe: No!

Several other boys in the van: What?! Are you crazy?

Joe: I don't think she's hot because... she dresses immodestly!

Additional guffaws and gasps of unbelief from the boys -- and leaders.

Joe: And besides, I already have a girlfriend.

Boys: Really, who?

Joe: My sister-in-law's sister.

More remarks from the boys.

Joe: She's 21, too. And she's hot because she's about to serve a mission.

Boys: Wait, she's 21? She's a lot older than you. <teasing>

Joe: Yeah, but by the time I get back from my mission, we can marry and she'll still have 7 child-bearing years left.

Boys stare at each other, van quiets down to the mere sound of several "Huh?"s.

Good news is everyone is doing great at Philmont. Bad news is a rattler bit me.

He is at a hospital getting $9,000/dose of antivenum. He has had nine doses so far. Good thing the church is self insured.
