Elder Eyring gives a nod to the idea of an apostolic interregnum. The Deseret News mentioned that a couple of days ago:

And Elder Stevenson talked about it in 2018.

For clarification, are you referring to Elder Stevensons peacemaker talk or to a different talk?

Jamaica GA (Kevin G. Brown) talk was amazing.

Elder Brown spoke at our last Stake Conference. It was great to meet with him and learn from him. He found the sister missionary! He told us how he was searching for her.

I thinking the peacemaker talk. I went and read and really appreciated it. There is a lot of mojo on some Mormon circles that villainize empathy and feel the need to emphasize a vengeful God.

I thought this would be a thread about speakers using large language models to generate their talks.

I turned to my wife during the talk and said "call this guy up to the open Q12 spot."

Indeed. They even had some sign-language folks signing during the singing! The church has gone full woke so MAGA should probably start a break-away group.
