Highcouncilman just called and wants to meet with me

It is about a calling he said. Our Ward was just split.. What kind of calling would he talk to me about??

My wife won't stop laughing at me...

Stake. My prediction: you're going to be in the EQ presidency. Or maybe an assistant ward clerk.

Serve well. And hey, if perfection were a prerequisite, no calling in the Church would get filled.

They let Tim serve a mission. I think you're fine.

HA! The joke may be on your wife! You know how the old boy's club works. If a calling is extended to the wife, the husband is asked first... SNORE...

Correct. That's kind of the whole point of the, er, Church.

The joke was on her.. After my meeting the Bishops pulled her aside for an interview and called her to the Youngwomens Presidency (2nd Councilor as well)..

I think I will enjoy my wednesday "Me Time" during this calling..

2nd EQ dude isn't bad. I did that once. Clerk was way worse. I still haven't recovered from that gig.
Awesomeness now has a name. Let me introduce myself.

yeah, if you're lucky you won't ever have to go to a PEC, Welfare, or Ward Council meeting.
