Lacking the helpful interactive explanations that I've seen with McNaughton's past triumphs (and without those explanations, one misses out on some much with his very subtle artistic method), I'll draw my own conclusion that the painting is intended to show The Forgotten Man being lured in, hook, line and sinker, by the newly svelte and better coiffed Drumpf.
