Great. So what do I need to do so that Cthulhu isn't pissed at me when he gets here? This is an awful lot to think about.

Can we believe the Founders were inspired to draft the Constitution and still think this painting is a piece of crap?Originally posted by Jeff Lebowski View PostResponse #6 is great. Who is this guy? Should I know him? Is he LDS?
And why didn't he clarify his inclusion of Marbury v. Madison? Of all the things on his painting, that is the one that I find the most puzzling. I get why he is upset with Roe v Wade, but Marbury?
This dude is a cornball. In #9, "should christian thought or any other religion be discussed without reservation, so long as it doesn't infringe on the rights of others?" First, I don't even know what the second clause means, but I have a feeling that this guy is not going to be pleased if his kids are exposed to "other religions" in school...namely, the thought that Jesus isn't the Savior, that martyrdom and jihad are honorable, etc.Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

So in other words: Virtually every president the US has ever had has operated under a debt. Even the "good presidents." And the US has prospered and succeeded and grown and flourished throughout its history. So why should we be worried about the debt all of a sudden if we've had debt for hundreds of years? Is it really worth worrying over if it doesn't really hurt anything?Originally posted by beefytee View PostLooks like he's at it again.

One thing I can figure out is that FDR must be on the "good" side, as he has been healed and is not longer in a wheelchair.
Will prints of this painting also be featured prominently at the BYU bookstore?

It's waaaaay too subtle. Is William Henry Harrison on the good side or the bad side? I need to know!Originally posted by Clark Addison View PostI can't quite get the point. The subtleness is too much.

None of them date. They hang out. They text. They sit in the same car or room and don't say a word...they text. Then, they go home and whack off to internet porn.
I think that's the sad truth about why these kids are retards.

I don't think a national debt is a bad thing (I'd personally want to eliminate it but that's another story and another thread). It's the size of debt that is bad. Here's a decent graph to help you out:Originally posted by Tim View PostSo in other words: Virtually every president the US has ever had has operated under a debt. Even the "good presidents." Edit: This graph stops at 2006 but picture it going to 2010 and the graph spiking up around 90% of GDP in 2010.Last edited by Moliere; 09-09-2010, 09:07 AM."Discipleship is not a spectator sport. The artist's booth was advertising an upcoming signing party at the BYU bookstore. I forgot to note the day/time, though. Sorry.
I was pleasantly surprised at how many passersby thought the message a bit too simplistic and vitriolic. There were a few people who really loved it, but overall the reaction was mixed and bemused.
I'm also excited for the next version that will feature Pres. Obama using the constitution to wipe his ass while seducing a white woman."More crazy people to Provo go than to any other town in the state."
