That being said, topics and content are not assigned. The individual GAs speak on what they feel inspired to speak on. Talks are submitted months in advance for translation, reference checking, vetting, etc. but the topics themselves are not assigned.
Your sources are better than mine, but a GA with whom I watched conference (he not being required to attend in Oct) said the same thing, with the addition that BKP will vett certain doctrinal matters.

This year may be the first time I have missed priesthood session since my mission. I have a conflict with my kids at the zoo.
Awesomeness now has a name. Let me introduce myself.

    • I have a lot of fond memories of hanging out with my dad. None of those fond memories involve our 100% attendance at Priesthood sessions.

I served my mission just after the Orlando temple opened and they said Atlanta had better attendance from Florida people than the Orlando temple did when it opened. During the week few people went there and they got in there case to go more. On weekends planeloads of people came from the Caribban and South America from what I have been told.

Good there going now. Missionaries could only go once a quarter on a changed p day since there work was for the living and not the dead. Temple was not open on regular p day monday.

For Survivor there are people in overflow locations in befoce cc days the Smith Building and Assembly Hall so some Ga's went over there. I don't know if they still use the Smith building for conference anymore. So that is were one is. When they are all in town with travel many are gone I am sure all 15 will be in the temple. When an apostle dies I think they are all in the same building for the funeral. Sit in there old seats and leave his seat empty. Designated survivor a myth. I am sure the Lord will protect them. If not there is the Presidency of the Seventy which will take over from there.

Priesthood someone will tell bsu fans how Alabama is doing before there is a rush for there fans to get out of there to see Alabama hopefully lose. Someone will write how worthless there husband is maybe and some tear jerkers. Sunday morning a few talks and Tom will give benediction. Some of my predictions.
Hartford, Connecticut.; Indianapolis; Tijuana, Mexico; Urdaneta, the Phillippines; and Lisbon, Portugal.

I'll keep your list in mind for April. I imagine that the Paris Temple will be a marquee one when they decide to finally build one there.

I don't think they do it ever time they get together, that being said, it's not very often they all get together what with the travel schedules and all.
                  They stay at home.

Don't say stuff like that, please. Disagree with their message if you must, but have a little respect.

Maybe when that same courtesy is extended to those with whom he disagrees.

Be the change you want to see in the world. Never underestimate the extent to which the actions of the leaders are dictated by the people whom they lead.
