These all look good. We need more of these threads--my wife's less bugged about the time I spend on here when I bring back good recipes. We make YOhio's Ditallini pasta dish (with the sausage, sun-dried tomatoes, and mozzarella) all the time.

Alfredo without cream?Originally posted by SeattleUte View PostI would add clams and clam nector and some white wine to the roux instead of the cream, and then save the grated cheese just for garnish."There is no creature more arrogant than a self-righteous libertarian on the web, am I right? I guess I would say mine is a pulled pork and coconut rice that I make every year for the annual Harward Labor Day Luau.Originally posted by YOhio View PostEveryone has a recipe that they love and have perfected. Even people who hate cooking seem to have that one thing. I like cooking, but I own the crepes in our house. I use a basic batter and have the pan skills down to get them so thin they're almost transparent. Throw on a little nutella, fresh fruit and powdered sugar and it's better than dessert.
What's your specialty? If it's a made up recipe with no known equivalent, even better.Get confident, stupid

I bought a really nice crepe pan at the Seattle Premium outlets at the Le Creuset store. I would like a recipe also as their recipe is good not great.Originally posted by TripletDaddy View PostI love making pinto beans. We often have a fresh pot of beans going at our place. There is nothing that ruins Mexican food faster than bad rice and beans.
I love making breakfast items....waffles, french toast, and especially omelets.
I also love making soups. Homemade chicken noodle, hot and sour, etc.
YOhio, if you really own the crepes, can you please post the recipe? I love eating those things. Where can I get a crepe maker? Sounds very delish.Get confident, stupid

You know how President Hinckley said he doesn't worry about those who pray? The same can be said for men who are self-aware enough to know when there's a life to be lived outside of the world of video games. - Anonymous

Please share the enchilada recipe if you really are making enchiladas, not ground beef/shredded chicken and cream of chicken soup casseroles wrapped in a tortilla.Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

I realize that actual enchiladas are better but I still love the chicken soup/sour cream casserole variety of enchiladas.Originally posted by TripletDaddy View PostPlease share the sugar cookies recipe. I love Sugar cookies. Sugar, snickerdoodle, peanut butter, and oatman. My 4 favorite cookies.

There is nothing to mock since they aren't enchiladas.Originally posted by mpfunk View PostI realize that actual enchiladas are better but I still love the chicken soup/sour cream casserole variety of enchiladas.

If you put the soup/cream casserole mixture on a bun, it doesn't make it a hamburger, either.Fitter. Happier. More Productive.
