          I was in PHX a couple of weeks ago and was asked where I wanted to eat... Lolos, no hesitation.

          I was a little disappointed by the new remodel, it's lost a little, but the the Betty Boop with side of Mac and blue drink was amazing.

            I have never found a chicken and waffles joint that matched Roscoe's. Gladys Knight's place in Atlanta had better chicken but the waffles were nothing special. Silvia's in Harlem is good but not great.

              A couple of years ago I went to Roscoes and Lolos within 3 days of each other to see which was better and I'd pick Lolos.

                    I've never been to the downtown location- just Scottsdale. Just got back right now. As much as I try, I cannot stray from my usual-- Lil' Jay w a drumstick on the side n Red Kool Aid. (cornbread optional).
