Speaking of over rated foods and time of the season. Thanksgiving is just around the corner and it will become time again for nearly everyone in America to do their best at making a ridiculously inferior meat into something edible. I am talking turkey. My life has been so much better once I convinced my wife it was time to scrap the dry, flavorless birds for something of substance, like prime rib.

I mean think about it for a minute; this is the holiday to celebrate our bounty and we have to choke down meat that is barely above the level of spam on the awesomeness of meat scale. Undoubtedly someone will comment that it is simply because I don't know how to properly cook turkey and that by using some method where I do everything humanly possible to make the turkey taste anything like turkey I could know what they know. Its hogwash.

Two things. First, does anyone really think turkey is that good? We do it out of tradition. Second, don't ever fucking diss Spam again!

Sorry.....meat should never come out of a can and it says a lot that turkey is higher on the scale than spam.
