Rabbit hunting doesn't appeal to me much anymore.

I agree that a nice corn-fed whitetail is superior to mule deer. But there are some great ways to cook mulie venison. I am not a big jerky fan.

I've had good mulie meat, but it has been the exception rather than the rule and of course there are certain cuts that are better than others. I'll never forget the first time someone offered me some white tail venison. I was apprehensive based on my past experiences, but it turned out to be a life changing experience.

          Life changing!!! Wow.

So do you hunt whitetail? You should post some pics. But be careful, I about got lynched last time I posted photos of dead deer.

I thought corn fed venison was superior to all until I moved to KY. Corn and soy bean venison is amazing. I'm not sure I would go with life changing but excellent non-the-less.

I have friends who do and they share. I would join them if I had time. I'm lucky to get out once a year during Xmas break and go pheasant or duck hunting.
